Golden Hour Mobile Notary provides professional mobile notary services throughout Sacramento and surrounding communities. Pricing is confirmed before your appointment, so you’ll always know what to expect.
 
Standard Mobile Appointment - Starting at $70
Your starting appointment price includes:
 

• $55 mobile service and local travel fee

• One notarized signature: $15
   

Additional notarized signatures are $15 each.

Additional Service Fees Additional charges may apply for:
 

• Travel outside the local service area

• Same-day or urgent appointments

• Evening, weekend, or holiday appointments

• Hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or senior living facility visits

• Parking fees or tolls

• Extended wait time
   

Any additional fees will be discussed and approved before your appointment.

Hospital and Care Facility Appointments

Appointments at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and senior living communities start at $85 due to the additional time that may be required for check-in, locating the signer, coordinating with staff, and completing the appointment with patience and care.

Loan Signing Services
Loan signing fees are quoted based on:
 

• Document package size

• Travel distance

• Printing requirements

• Scanback requirements

• Appointment timing and urgency

Cancellation and Wait-Time Policy
Please notify me as soon as possible if your appointment needs to be changed or canceled.

A mobile service fee may apply when:
 

• The appointment is canceled after the notary has begun traveling

• The signer is unavailable upon arrival

• The signer does not have acceptable identification

• The document is incomplete or cannot legally be notarized
   

Your estimated total will be confirmed before the appointment begins. Notarial fees and mobile travel fees will be listed separately for transparency.
